This is hand formed PMC at what is my attempt at a Hollow wooden log
that was lying out on the road near a gallery that I exhibit at, very close to the magical Grampian Mountains. This log was weather beaten and covered with growths that really made it looked so interesting. Every crack in the silver has been stratigically placed there and when you want a crack in your silver believe me you can never get one.
The texture on the hollow log has been hand drawn by me and transferred onto a Photo Polymer Plate to create a texture plate.
Bad pic once again...but nice piece in real.
A layering of patinas and polishing in between helped create that just picked it up off the ground look.
